On July 19, 2022, in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, the German Football Association (DFB) and the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) established a joint venture for the operational planning and execution of UEFA EURO 2024.

Structure of the Joint Venture
The joint venture is structured as a limited liability company (GmbH) named EURO 2024 GmbH.
UEFA Events SA and DFB EURO GmbH, a subsidiary of the DFB, are the shareholders of EURO 2024 GmbH.
The joint venture is governed by a Supervisory Board comprising representatives from UEFA and the DFB. The Supervisory Board will oversee the operations of EURO 2024 GmbH and ensure compliance with the objectives of the joint venture.
